KoreStrat is seeking a Senior Video Editor operating as an independent contractor to support high-level client mandates across industries. This role requires the ability to transform structured footage into polished, platform-optimized deliverables aligned with brand positioning and executive standards. We are looking for a disciplined editor with strong narrative instinct, technical precision, and the ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple mandates.

Responsabilités

Edit short-form and long-form video content
Optimize vertical-first content for social platforms
Apply structured brand guidelines and visual consistency
Color correction and audio balancing
Integrate captions, motion graphics, and light animation when required
Deliver platform-ready exports (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Manage project timelines and revisions professionally
Collaborate with videographers and marketing leads

Qualifications

Registered travailleur autonome / independent contractor
Bilingual (English and French preferred)
Minimum 5+ years professional editing experience
Diploma (DEC) or equivalent experience in Film, Media, or Digital Production
Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial-grade work
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, or equivalent
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual rhythm
Experience with corporate, executive, event, or real estate content
High attention to detail
Structured workflow and file management discipline
Professional liability insurance (asset)
