KoreStrat is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Growth to serve as a principal architect of client success and organizational expansion. This is an executive-level role demanding commercial authority, strategic clarity, and the ability to operate at the intersection of brand, business development, and high-stakes advisory. The VP will lead revenue strategy, oversee marquee client relationships, and represent KoreStrat at the highest levels of industry engagement. We are looking for a rare profile — a builder and a leader. Someone who can close a seven-figure mandate in the morning and develop a team in the afternoon. This role carries significant autonomy and commensurate accountability.

Responsabilités
  • Define and execute the firm's commercial strategy in alignment with KoreStrat's vision and growth targets
  • Own and drive a high-value client portfolio across industries — corporate, real estate, executive, and institutional
  • Identify, qualify, and convert strategic mandates at the C-suite and board level
  • Lead and develop a cross-functional team spanning strategy, content, and production
  • Act as executive relationship manager for KoreStrat's most complex and high-profile mandates
  • Represent the firm at conferences, industry events, and closed-door executive forums
  • Collaborate with the founding team to shape service offerings, pricing strategy, and go-to-market positioning
  • Provide market intelligence, competitive analysis, and quarterly performance reporting to leadership
  • Champion operational discipline and quality standards across all mandates
  • Contribute to the firm's thought leadership, brand equity, and public presence
Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English and French — written and spoken)
  • Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in strategic advisory, business development, or executive-level sales
  • Demonstrated track record of closing and managing mandates at $500,000+
  • Deep understanding of brand strategy, executive positioning, or content marketing
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA, or equivalent professional experience in Business, Communications, or Strategy
  • Experience leading high-performing teams in a fast-moving, mandate-based environment
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and executive presence
  • Proficient in CRM platforms, pipeline management, and performance analytics
  • Available for travel to client sites across Quebec and Canada
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Executive-level client presence and discretion
  • Professional liability insurance (asset)
