Position Summary

KoreStrat is recruiting a Sales Manager on behalf of a client in the industrial equipment sector. This is a client-facing, field-driven role requiring strong commercial instinct, structured pipeline management, and the ability to build lasting relationships with industrial buyers, procurement teams, and operations decision-makers. We are looking for a disciplined sales professional with a proven track record in B2B industrial sales, a consultative approach, and the autonomy to manage the full sales cycle independently.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of B2B accounts in the industrial equipment sector
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities
  • Conduct client needs assessments and present tailored equipment solutions
  • Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, quotes, and contracts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement and operations stakeholders
  • Track pipeline activity and sales performance using CRM tools
  • Coordinate with internal teams and client contacts throughout the sales cycle
  • Represent the company professionally at site visits, trade events, and client meetings
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive feedback
  • Deliver results within agreed timelines and revenue targets
Qualifications
  • Bilingual (English and French preferred)
  • Minimum 4–7 years of professional B2B sales experience
  • Experience in industrial equipment, heavy machinery, or a related sector strongly preferred
  • Diploma (DEC) or equivalent experience in Sales, Business, or a related field
  • Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with CRM platforms and structured reporting
  • Valid Quebec driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Available to travel throughout Quebec for client meetings and site visits
  • High attention to detail and structured workflow discipline
  • Executive-level client presence and communication skills
