Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact and inquiry information: name, email address, phone number, company name, and the content of messages submitted through contact forms.

• Candidate and talent network information: when you apply for an open role or submit your profile to our talent pool, we collect your name, contact details, LinkedIn URL, current role and industry, years of experience, areas of expertise, résumé, cover letter, portfolio, and, where you choose to provide it, compensation expectations.

• Usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, referring pages, and general website activity, collected through cookies and analytics tools (including Google Analytics).

We collect only the personal information necessary for the purposes described in this policy.

3. Purposes for Which We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

• Respond to inquiries and provide requested information or services

• Evaluate candidate profiles for current and future opportunities

• Maintain a candidate roster and contact you about relevant mandates

• Operate, maintain, and improve our website and services

We do not use your personal information for purposes other than those listed above without obtaining your consent.

KoreStrat does not use your personal information to render decisions about you based exclusively on automated processing. All candidate evaluations and shortlisting decisions involve human review.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it only:

• With trusted service providers who help us operate our business (including website hosting, form processing, email, analytics, and applicant tracking), under contractual obligations of confidentiality and security

• With prospective client organizations in connection with a specific mandate, only with your prior consent at the time the opportunity is presented

• Where required to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, or enforce our Terms of Use

6. Storage Location and Cross-Border Transfers

Personal information collected through this website is stored on servers operated by our service providers, including Wix.com Ltd., which may store data on servers located outside Quebec, including in the United States. Personal information stored outside Quebec may be subject to the laws of the jurisdictions in which it is held, including lawful access requests by foreign authorities. KoreStrat conducts privacy impact assessments where required and ensures that contractual safeguards are in place with our service providers.

7. Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected:

• Contact and inquiry information: retained for 24 months after the last interaction, then destroyed or anonymized

• Candidate and talent network information: retained for 24 months from your last interaction with us, then destroyed or anonymized, unless you request earlier deletion

• Usage data: retained according to the standard retention periods of our analytics providers (typically up to 26 months)

You may request earlier deletion of your information at any time by contacting our Privacy Officer.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to analyze site usage, remember preferences, and improve performance. You can disable or restrict cookies through your browser settings; some site features may not function properly if you do so.

In the event of a confidentiality incident (data breach) presenting a risk of serious injury, KoreStrat will notify the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec and affected individuals, and will record the incident in a register of confidentiality incidents, in accordance with applicable law.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information

• Withdraw your consent to the use or communication of your information

• Request the deletion or de-indexing of personal information

• Receive your information in a structured, commonly used technological format (data portability)

• File a complaint with our Privacy Officer or with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec
