Position Summary
KoreStrat is seeking a Senior Videographer operating as an independent contractor to support high-level content mandates across industries. This is a client-facing role requiring full autonomy on-site. The selected professional will represent KoreStrat directly during corporate, executive, branding, event, and real estate productions — including drone operations where required. We are looking for a disciplined field professional with commercial-grade production standards, executive presence, and the ability to maintain brand consistency across mandates.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute video production mandates independently
- Capture short-form and long-form content
- Produce vertical-first content for social platforms
- Operate drone equipment for aerial footage
- Manage lighting in mixed and dynamic environments
- Follow structured production briefs and shot plans
- Direct on-site talent when required
- Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables
- Represent KoreStrat professionally in all client interactions
- Deliver footage and/or edited assets within agreed timelines
Qualifications
- Registered as an independent contractor
- Bilingual (English and French, spoken and written)
- Available to travel throughout Quebec
- Valid Quebec driver's license and reliable transportation
- Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Film Production, Media, or related field — or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 5+ years of professional videography experience
- Owns professional-grade video, audio, and drone equipment
- Backup equipment available
- Valid Transport Canada drone certification (Advanced preferred)
- Strong understanding of lighting in complex environments
- Experience in corporate, executive, event, or real estate production
- High attention to detail and structured workflow discipline
- Executive-level client presence
- Professional liability insurance required
